This is a simple model of Whitetail deer population growth. The data comes from the paper "White-Tailed Deer Population Dynamics and Adult Female Survival in the Presence of a Novel Predator" by Chitwood et al. 2015
The data is taken from the first column of Table 1 of the paper, with movement and survival from the juvenile stage (P & G) calculated from equation 1 & 2. Female fecundity is halved, since the model is female only.
This model adds temperature dependent sex ratio based on the equation for painted turtles from Jantzen 1994 Proc. Nat. Academy. Sci. As well as a scale of warming based on 2-4deg C by 2100.
